Sessions will be facilitated by Aileron Business Coaches and Leadership Coaches, and the community sessions will be led by experienced business owners and leaders—people who have been in your shoes and have real insights to share.

Yes! Summit is designed to help you build meaningful connections. You’ll have time to connect with peers during meals, facilitated sessions, and informal happy hours. Many attendees say this is one of the most valuable parts of the experience.

Summit is designed to be an immersive, in-person experience. The full benefit comes from being there live and engaged. There won’t be session recordings available, but you will have access to all resources and handouts after the event.

We’re limiting Summit 2025 to 150 attendees to keep the experience intimate, focused, and rich in connection. All past Summits have sold out, so we recommend reserving your spot early.

Business casual is perfect. Be comfortable, bring layers (some rooms may run cool), and feel free to dress in a way that reflects your leadership style.

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations before August 5 are eligible for a full refund. After that, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to a colleague. For assistance, contact us at customerservice@aileron.org.
